4. Self-Exclusion

For players who wish to take a long-term break, we offer a strict Self-Exclusion program. Self-exclusion blocks access to your account for the duration you select.

• Available Exclusion Lengths: 6 Months, 1 Year, 3 Years, 5 Years, or Permanent.

The Process: Self-exclusion involves a guided verification process to ensure player intent. We will email you a verification code to confirm the requested length of exclusion. Permanent self-exclusions do not expire and cannot be reversed.
